THE PURPOSE OF THE PROGRAM AND RULES OF RECRUITMENT

1. The program aims to select the best team of Club Players for professional league teams in the sports disciplines of football, handball, volleyball and basketball, through competition between recruited amateur teams in the "Talents League" at the local and national level.

2. Recruitment of participants takes place via the registration form for the applicant for the Program at www.talentsleague.com/register

3. The registration form completed by the candidate submitted to the Club, with acceptance of these Rules and after paying the annual club contribution required for participation in the Program, will be the basis for obtaining membership in the Club as a Program Participant.

PARTICIPANTS OF THE PROGRAM

4. Participants and players of the Program may be persons who accept the requirements of these Rules, however, participation of minors in the Program requires the written consent of their legal guardians. Obtaining the status of a Player is related to the voluntary decision of the Participant or his legal guardian to join a sports team of his choice and with his active participation in team competitions, training and other events.

5. The goals of the Program are achieved through the active participation of its Participants with the status of Players in league games, training and other events.

RULES OF PARTICIPATION IN GAMES, TRAINING AND EVENTS

6. Participation in competitions, both intra-club and inter-club, as well as in training and other events, is tantamount to a common sense assessment by the Player or his legal guardian of physical predispositions, which also applies to health condition in the sense that the decision to participate has been undertaken consciously and at your own risk.

7. It is the responsibility of the Player or his legal guardian to protect himself against negative consequences, unforeseen during participation in games, training and other events, and random events (accident, illness, civil liability, etc.), which includes obtaining appropriate insurance policies and being subject to the system. health insurance in Poland and abroad (ZUS/NFZ, EHIC). In this respect, the Club is not responsible for the consequences of any accidents and adverse events occurring during games, training and other events.

8. Taking care of their own property (including valuables, clothing, luggage, cash, payment cards, mobile phones, documents, etc.) belongs to the Competitor or his legal guardian, in the sense that the Competitor protects him on his own, and The club is not responsible for the loss, destruction, loss, damage, theft, etc. of such property.

9. During games and training, the Player is obliged to comply with generally accepted rules of social coexistence and the legal provisions applicable in the places of games, training and other events, which in particular concerns: maintaining general standards of personal culture appropriate to the type of games/trainings/events. , behaving in a way that does not threaten the safety of other people, respecting property in facilities and logistics, and complying with the order regulations, fire protection and safety rules applicable therein.

10. The player should take into account the possibility of being excluded from participation in competitions, training sessions and other events at each stage, without any compensation, including the refund of the participation fee, and of being deprived of the right to participate in subsequent competitions, training sessions and events in cases : offensive or aggressive behavior towards other players or bystanders, ignoring the recommendations and instructions of the competition organizer, being under the influence of alcohol, drugs or other intoxicants, failure to comply with these Rules.

FINANCIAL ASPECT OF THE PROGRAM

11. The implementation of the Program's objectives is financed from the Club's funds and non-refundable, targeted participation contributions paid by the Participants, in amounts calculated by the Club, in respect of their participation in specific competitions, training and other events, as well as non-refundable yearly club contributions, paid every 365 consecutive calendar days for operation of the Program.

PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

 

12. The provisions of the REGULATION OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons shall apply accordingly to the protection of the Participants' personal data, obtained in order to properly implement the provisions of these rules, and for promotional and marketing purposes, in connection with the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and the repeal of Directive 95/46 / EC and the ACT of May 10, 2018 on the protection of personal data.

The acceptance of these Rules by the Participant or his legal guardian in the field of personal data protection means in particular:

- consent to the collection of his data resulting from the registration form

- consent to photographing and filming his image, also publishing them on the Association's websites at www.talentsleague.com, www.intersportclub.com, as well as on social media related to the Association (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok), related to participation in training, games and other events,

- consent to share the necessary personal data with organizers, coaches and other members of the Association responsible for the organization and implementation of training, competitions and other events related to the participation of specific Program participants.

The administrator of Personal Data in accordance with the above-mentioned provisions is the Association under the name Inter Active Club Sport, KRS 366134671. At the request of a program participant submitted to the Club, we will remove his account from the system.
